If your own thoughts can no longer find peace, if everyday life becomes too difficult or old issues keep reappearing, a therapeutic conversation can be a decisive step.
I offer individual therapy on a person-centered basis. This means that the focus is on you – with whatever is going on. Without judgment, without diagnostic pressure, without a ready-made agenda. But with genuine interest, therapeutic experience and a clear, protected framework.
Who is individual therapy intended for?
- People with mental stress (e.g. depression, anxiety, exhaustion)
- People in personal or professional upheaval
- People who want to understand and change themselves better
Therapy does not mean that something is “wrong”. It means that you are prepared to take yourself seriously.

- Duration of the session: 60 minutes
- Costs: €190 per session (self-payer)
- Frequency by arrangement
Confidentiality and transparency are a matter of course. Together we will clarify which approach is right for you.
Intensive therapy for acute periods
If you are currently particularly stressed and feel that one hour a week is not enough, intensive therapy could be useful for you: Three in-depth conversations within a week.
You don’t have to do it alone. But you can decide how you want to start.
